- Manage customer collections and follow up on past-due balances
- Research payment discrepancies and resolve customer account issues
- Post cash receipts and credits and assist with AR reconciliations
- Support month-end close and credit/collections reporting
- 1 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
- Strong customer communication and phone skills
- Intermediate Excel skills; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
