What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMCC - CDL Driver position at MAINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM?
Title of Position: CDL Driver
Salary: $45 an hour (this is a non-benefited position).
RESPONSIBILITIES: The CDL Driver works directly with the CDL Coordinator to support and deliver Central Maine Community College’s Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program. This position assists in overseeing program operations and provides behind-the-wheel instruction on the range and road. The CDL Driver communicates regularly with applicants, enrolled students, other driver training programs, and current or prospective student support agencies. In addition, this role supports data collection and reporting related to course delivery and participant outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 6 years driving experience, with 3 years verifiable CDL driving experience
