Job Opportunity: Children’s Case Manager
Immediate Openings Available! We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Case Manager to support individuals in building meaningful, values-driven lives. In this role, you’ll use a person-centered and strengths-based approach—helping clients develop skills aligned with being able to adapt, cope, and keep moving forward even when things are hard!
Candidates must be at least 18-years of age, or older, with a minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, and an active Driver’s license, to work with children and youth up to 20-years of age, who experience behavioral and functional challenges in their homes and the community. Experience of at least 1-year preferred; however, no experience necessary as on-site training is available. Our goal is to provide high-quality, strengths-based support that promotes independence, confidence, and long-term success for the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide community-based case management
- Support clients in identifying goals tied to their values and personal growth
- Help individuals build skills in:
- Emotional regulation
- Coping strategies
- Daily living and independence
- Coordinate care with providers, families, and community resources
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (MaineCare-compliant)
- Ability to work independently in community settings
- Passion for helping others grow and succeed
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Business Hours)

Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (required)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (required)
- Clean background checks (required)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude
- Interest in behavioral health or human services
- 1 year of experience working with children and families (preferred)
