Responsibilities
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to ensure timely service
- Handle in-person guest interactions with professionalism, including answering questions about menu items or dietary options
- Assist with basic food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards in all service areas
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred, including roles such as host/hostess or server assistant
- Familiarity with food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning routines within a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for handling order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities
- Experience with beverage preparation or catering services enhances your ability to support diverse guest needs
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential for effective guest relations and team coordination
- Basic math skills are necessary for order taking, billing accuracy, and cash handling tasks
