Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, handles transactions accurately, and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the front counter
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions and assist with product inquiries
- Keep the front counter area clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards
- Support other team members and assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends or evenings, if needed)
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
