Position Overview
The Home Care Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the agency's home care services across the 5 boroughs and Westchester. This is a results-driven role suited for someone with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services
Generate, follow up on, and close leads independently
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, facilities, and community organizations
Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Track and report marketing activities and results
Qualifications
Proven success in sales or marketing, preferably within healthcare or home care
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in outreach
Ability to manage a territory and prioritize effectively
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned regions
