What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crib Attendant position at Mahar Tool Supply Company Inc?
Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving in and issuing goods to employees, cycle counting, resolving inventory discrepancies, and advising customers on ETA of items that are currently out of stock.
Essential Functions (varies by plant and may not include some of the following):
? Responsible for handling customer requests in a professional manner in relation to Quality and Delivery of goods to the plant.
? Maintains delivery issues log.
? Performs cycle counting of inventory. Assists in resolving inventory count discrepancies.
? Monitors tool levels in assigned program to ensure that there is sufficient stock.
? Responsible for storage of tooling.
? Monitors stock levels of non-consigned material in unsecure locations.
? Communicates with CSR’s on expediting issues stock outages.
? Responsible for daily disbursement scans in applicable programs.
? Performs inventory control tasks such as receiving, put-away, disbursements and stocking vending machines.
? Assumes responsibility and authority for executing job related duties outlined in the Mahar Tool Supply Co., Inc. Quality Manual.
