Job Overview
Maha Behavioral Health Services is an in-home ABA therapy provider in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. We are hiring an enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate Behavior Therapist for our growing service of ABA! At Maha we offer regular supervision and full support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home settings.
- Introduce and run programming developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data during the session while targeting different skills related to social skills, play skills, basic life skills, etc.
- Demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of ABA through sessions being observed by your BCBA Supervisor
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Desire to achieve positive outcomes for clients
Experience
- Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral issues preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
