Part-Time Coffee Roastery Delivery Driver
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Part-time about 24 hours per week, weekdays during daytime hours
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our coffee roastery team. This role involves driving a company van to deliver freshly roasted coffee to cafés and businesses throughout West Michigan.
The ideal candidate enjoys being on the road, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is comfortable with a mix of driving, physical work, and helping out around the roastery when needed. As a representative of our business, you'll play an important role in making sure our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with a friendly interaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van to deliver coffee orders to cafés and business customers throughout West Michigan.
- Load, unload, and transport boxes of coffee weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Organize and check orders before departure to ensure accurate deliveries.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Help with general warehouse and roastery tasks as needed.
- Keep the delivery van clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and any delivery issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the Specialty to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable driving longer regional routes and navigating to different business locations.
- Willingness to pitch in with warehouse and roastery tasks when needed.
Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but a reliable attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 28.0 per week
