What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy, exercise progression, movement-based interventions, and clinical reasoning to drive real outcomes.
• Educate patients clearly and confidently so they understand their plan of care and stay engaged in the process.
• Collaborate with a high-level clinical team to sharpen decision-making and improve patient results.
• Document efficiently using systems designed to reduce unnecessary after-hours work.
• Help patients return to the activities that matter most with strength, confidence, and independence.

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist
• Passion for orthopedic physical therapy and patient outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
