The Physical Therapist Role

As a Physical Therapist at Magnolia Physical Therapy, you will treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population using a patient-first, clinician-driven model.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans of care, apply skilled interventions, and help people move better, feel better, and return to the life they want.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Apply skilled Physical Therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise progression, and movement retraining
  • Progress patients based on presentation, response, and long-term goals
  • Educate patients clearly so they understand their condition and stay engaged in the process
  • Document efficiently using systems designed to reduce time outside clinic hours
  • Collaborate with a strong clinical team focused on continuous growth and excellent outcomes
  • Build lasting patient relationships through trust, communication, and consistent results
