POSITION SUMMARY:
KKR seeks a proactive, resourceful, and energetic individual to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting team. This person will play a key role in our overall interview processes, internship program planning and execution, and on-campus, in-office, and virtual events strategy. This person will play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews and communications, to leading the onboarding of the intern and full-time classes, to liaising with college and university stakeholders to market our events and hiring opportunities. The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will also develop and implement process improvements, maintain clean data and documentation in systems, and partner with recruiters and colleagues from our Human Capital team on ad hoc recruiting projects. Our team is all-hands-on-deck, and the Coordinator will be expected to cultivate the relationships with internal KKR clients and attend various events, as needed. This role is ideal for a detail oriented and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Campus Recruiting team with a high-volume of scheduling across multiple time zones, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly
- Correspond with candidates and internal KKR clients in a timely manner throughout the process by email, phone, and in person; monitor the Campus Recruiting Inbox
- Post job opportunities and maintain various school-specific job boards and Handshake
- Assist Campus Recruiting team with planning and execution of internship program and recruiting events includes but is not limited to: booking space on selected campuses; creating event invitations, creating resume bundles and interviewer packets, managing participation and meeting requests, catering, generation of name tags, printing & shipping of materials
- Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Follow up with interviewers to compile feedback in Greenhouse
- Lead the onboarding process for all campus intern and full-time hires, inclusive of background checks, training requirements, and orientation preparation
- Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong academic record
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive, team-oriented, solutions-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Perfectionist level of attention-to-detail; maintain confidentiality and a high-level of discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and working more than 40-hours week during busy seasons
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and professional maturity
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Outlook is preferred but not required
- Prior exposure to Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred but not required
