About the Role
This role will be servicing a technical research client that is located in Mountain View, CA working onsite full time.
The Sr. Client Services Consultant is an onsite leadership role and acts as the primary escalation point for the client and junior staff members in the absence of the Program Manager. Depending on the size of the onsite team, the Sr. CSC responsibility may be limited to one product (payroll, business validation, or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines and staff supervisory duties. This position cannot be performed from the state of Colorado
What You Will Do
Follow, maintain, and update the SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures. Ensure the team is following operational procedures per the SOP
Handle first line escalations and problem resolution; identify and resolve employee relations issues ensuring timeliness and adherence to appropriate laws and regulations.
Depending on the size of the team, the Sr CSC’s scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines
Engage in and lead Business Development activities. When appropriate introduce new Magnit service lines to client managers. Work with OM/PM to identify opportunities to grow PRO’s business
Ensure agreed screening and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements. Maintain accurate and complete records for all in-scope workers
Manage the end-to-end engagement of client-sourced talent with your client group including ensuring the worker is correctly processed through Magnit payroll
Efficiently manage the relationship and performance of the approved staffing desk suppliers; identify suitable new suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist OM/PM in staff development, new staff orientation, and training
Utilize Magnit’s proprietary software, WAND, to facilitate all required processes
Work with Program Manager to carry out ad hoc and structured training on co-employment for client groups as required.
Assist in the drafting and presentation of Quality Business Reviews along with Internal Account Reviews; generate all required weekly reports to both client and Magnit on a timely basis
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
For Payroll desk:
Ensure required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete VMS records
Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required
Resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker
Escalate to the OM/PM any serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior Magnit resources.
For Staffing desk:
Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through VMS and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers
Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success
Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
5 years of experience in, sales, marketing, staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, or customer service is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
Service- oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel skills
Detail- oriented, critical thinker and a problem solver
Compensation: Salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 USD annually.
Salary rates are based on experience, skills and geographical location.
