UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will execute end-to-end UX and product design, crafting wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity designs while adhering to internal brand and UI standards. You will combine intuitive interfaces with seamless workflows to elevate the overall user experience, bringing empathy and creativity to every stage of the design process — from early brainstorming and ideation through to execution and continuous refinement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can grasp user needs, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and wireframes to specify proposed experiences, including design rationale and interaction details to facilitate clear interpretation of designs

• Create and optimize new and existing user interface and visual designs to deliver engaging, intuitive experiences

• Maintain and evolve all design guidelines and standards across design properties to ensure consistency and quality

• Present proposed experiences to a range of stakeholders including product managers, business analysts, delivery managers, developers, and Marketing, Creative, and Technology teams

• Quickly acquire a detailed understanding of project scope, business requirements, and technology constraints, incorporating them into proposed design solutions

• Plan, conduct, and report on usability tests and other user research activities, creatively gathering user feedback and nimbly incorporating insights into the Agile development process

• Conduct competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations of current-state experiences to inform and strengthen design recommendations

Skills

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, elegant design solutions

• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, and synthesizing actionable insights

• Solid knowledge of interaction design patterns and visual design fundamentals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work iteratively within fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical skills with experience performing competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Experience

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related design discipline

• Demonstrated experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing

• Track record of delivering end-to-end design solutions from concept through launch and iteration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

• Portfolio demonstrating a strong range of UX and UI design work across multiple projects and platforms
