Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Analyst to support project delivery, governance, and vendor coordination efforts. This role will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners (including SOW-based vendors such as engineering firms), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of project deliverables.
This individual will play a critical role in maintaining project structure, supporting financial tracking, and ensuring compliance with contract and audit requirements—especially within SAP-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution, tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks
Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and documentation
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors (e.g., engineering firms, SOW partners) to resolve issues and keep workstreams moving
Assist with contract reviews, compliance checks, and audit preparation
Support SAP-related activities, including financial tracking, reporting, and validation of project data
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional communication and documentation
Gather, analyze, and translate project data into clear status reports and presentations
Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and budget validation
Help manage project documentation repositories and collaborative tools
Provide support for project research, data validation, and process improvements
Coordinate activities across sub-teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or PMO support
Experience working with SAP (financials, project systems, or reporting)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance standards
Experience supporting vendor management and SOW-based engagements
Familiarity with contract review processes and audit support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with engineering or infrastructure-related projects (e.g., utilities, energy, construction)
Exposure to financial tracking, budgeting, or cost controls
Experience in cross-functional or matrixed organizations
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (nice to have)
