Job Summary

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families build stable, successful futures? As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents living in PPL's affordable and scattered-site housing programs, empowering them to thrive and achieve long-term stability.

In this rewarding and relationship-driven role, you'll manage a caseload of approximately 20–25 participants, providing compassionate, person-centered support tailored to each resident's unique goals and circumstances. By building trust, connecting individuals to critical resources, and fostering strong community partnerships, you'll help residents overcome barriers, strengthen their independence, and enhance their overall well-being.

✅What You’ll Do

  • Engage with participants to assess their strengths/barriers and create customized participant-driven housing stability plans
  • Support participant health and wellness through connections to physical, mental health, and recovery resources
  • Assist with the housing recertification process
  • Collaborate with Housing Coordinator in transferring tenancy sustaining services both in home and in the community
  • Utilize skills and community resources to provide crisis prevention and intervention
  • Support strategies to promote neighborhood, apartment building, and personal safety
  • Provide and/or facilitate translation and interpreting services

✅ What You Bring

Minimum Technology Qualifications:

Ability to use:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, and Word 
  • Electronic timecard system
  • SharePoint file system
  • Database systems, particularly Apricot

Additional Requirements: 

  • Experience with case management or developing supportive housing service plans
  • Ability to provide crisis intervention and support
  • Ability to recognize and address mental health challenges, chemical dependency and other problematic behaviors
  • Valid drivers' license and insurance, successfully complete a motor vehicle records screen, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport participants
  • Experience with Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, or DBT skills a bonus

Education and/or Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience with the target population served preferred.
  • A course of study in a health or human services-related field leading to a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Associate degree. 

Salary/Hours: Full Time/ Non-Exempt/ Monday-Friday 830AM-430PM:  $22-$24/hour
