What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Tester position at Magnify?
We’re seeking someone who can transform product tester feedback into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for collecting feedback and helping cross-functional teams understand opportunities for improvement.
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position with a hybrid schedule (remote on Mondays and Fridays).
What You’ll Do
- Analyze feedback from product testers, including ratings, written comments, photos, and videos
- Identify trends and recurring themes to highlight what’s working well and where improvements are needed
- Deliver concise, actionable summaries to product, engineering, and quality teams
- Assist with ongoing testing cycles, including occasional weekend check-ins
- Maintain organized, secure records of feedback and insights for easy access and reference
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer feedback analysis, product testing, research support, or quality programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using feedback or survey platforms (e.g., Centercode, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and data organization)
- Ability to create clear, simple presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus
Salary : $20 - $22
