Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources across multiple active projects
- Lead projects involving ADUs, home additions, renovations, and ground-up residential builds
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations
- Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions to maintain timelines and profitability
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and field coordination
- Communicate project updates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5 years of project management experience within residential or commercial construction
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex construction projects simultaneously
- Strong background in new construction, renovations, and/or residential additions
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Yardi, Buildertrend, or similar
- PMP, CCM, or related project management certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
