Join the HR Operations team as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator and be the backbone of our compensation system. You will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll and benefits for employees across multiple U.S. locations. This is a critical, high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.If you are proficient in Workday, ADP, and multi-state compliance, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn End-to-End Payroll: Process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff across multiple states using Workday and ADP.Compliance & Audit: Conduct detailed payroll audits and reconciliations (wages, taxes, and withholdings) to ensure regulatory compliance (including ACA) and support accurate W-2 and year-end filings.Benefits Management: Review, approve, and manage the payroll integration for all employee benefits (e.g., Health, Dental, 401(k), HSA, FSA, Commuter). Coordinate funding and premium payments.Financial Support: Process expense reports and vendor payments via Concur SAP and assist with internal/external audits and special projects.What You BringExperience: 4 years of hands-on payroll, compensation, and multi-state compliance experience is highly preferred. Willing to train the right candidate with a strong foundation.System Proficiency: Must have experience with Workday and ADP.Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills, including $vLookup$ and Pivot Tables.Compliance Expertise: Solid understanding of multi-state payroll laws and federal regulations (e.g., ACA).Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising discretion with sensitive information.
