On-site IT support for end-user computing within the Evansville office facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in North America for company supplied user devices in a timely manner.
- Configure and install PCs and other IT peripherals as needed.
- Diagnose and repair computer related problems.
- Collaborate regularly with North America and global support teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in active North America support call queue and on-call rotation for off-hour coverage.
- No travel required
- Ability to lift ~40lbs
- Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire to work in a team environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation
