Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA to CEO)

The Executive Assistant will be in charge of supporting our client, a busy CEO at a fast-growing global organization. We're seeking a talented hire who is exceptionally organized and experienced in managing international travel coordination - a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Meetings: Manage scheduling, resolve conflicts, and optimize executive time
- Inbox & Communication: Prioritize emails and track key documents
- Travel: Coordinate end-to-end travel and itineraries for executives
- Expenses: Submit and track expense reports and corporate cards
- Presentations & Projects: Build decks, gather materials, and support reporting
- Office Management: Oversee vendors, supplies, and day-to-day office operations
- Healthcare Admin: Manage reimbursements, appointments, and insurance coordination
- Events: Plan company events and offsites for 40 attendees
- General Support: Handle logistics like shipping, gifts, and documentation renewals
Experience:
- Experience supporting executives, ideally C-suite
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like ChatGPT/Copilot
- Able to create polished presentations and reports
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high confidentiality
- Bonus: healthcare admin, ERP tools (e.g., Concur, PowerBI), event planning, and travel coordination
