Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and responsive Customer Service Representative to support our growing U.S. customer base from day one of operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales service coordination, working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, warranty requests, and service claims in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with contracted after-sales service technicians for product installations, repairs, and warranty replacements
- Maintain accurate customer service records and prepare regular feedback and performance reports
- Assist with order tracking and delivery confirmation for U.S. customers
- Support dealer and distributor communication, including follow-up calls and account maintenance
- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless after-sales workflows
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or after-sales coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the commercial equipment, wholesale distribution, or B2B industry is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
