Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues with garage door systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repairs.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Perform caulking and drywall work as needed during installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in garage door installation or related fields such as construction or carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems as they pertain to garage door operations.
- Familiarity with glass installation techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
- Experience in welding is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
