Client Services Coordinator | Guardian Financial | Bentonville, AR
You're the person who makes people feel like they're in the right place the moment they walk through the door — or pick up the phone.
Guardian Financial is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients at their Bentonville office. This isn't a back-of-house admin role. You're the tone-setter for the entire client experience.
Compensation: $22-25/hr bonuses!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar flow for the advisory team
- Support confirmation calls for workshops and client events
- Provide administrative support tied to meetings and advisor workflows
- After 90 days: assist with basic client applications, deposits, and withdrawals
- Maintain a polished, dependable presence in the office
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required
- Strong phone presence and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Polished, reliable energy every day
- Pick things up quickly and don't need to be told twice
- Reception or financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement
