Perpetual Wealth Financial is hiring a Sales Support Specialist — and this is a role with a real growth path, not a title that goes nowhere. We are an independent wealth planning firm serving business owners, professionals, and independent women navigating complex financial, tax, and legacy decisions. As we scale, we are building the operational infrastructure to support that growth — and this hire is foundational to that effort.
About the Role
You will begin by owning the coordination, workflow management, and follow-through that keeps our firm running smoothly. Over time, as you demonstrate ownership and leadership, you will take on greater operational responsibility — improving systems, reducing inefficiencies, and eventually serving as the operational backbone of the firm.
Compensation & Details
💼 Salary: $40,000–$50,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus
📍 Location: Daytona, FL — Full-Time, In-Office
Growth Path: Operations Support → Operations Manager → Director of Operations (Integrator track)
What You Will Own (Initial Focus)
• Client onboarding workflows and service follow-ups
• CRM accuracy, task management, and internal tracking
• Deadline, paperwork, and deliverable oversight across vendors and partners
• In-office coordination between advisors and back-office partners
• SOP documentation and ongoing process improvement
• Calendar management and operational follow-through
What We Are Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in office operations, coordination, or administrative support (operations-focused)
• Proficiency with CRM and workflow management tools
• Strong documentation, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace proficiency
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Background in financial services, legal, insurance, or accounting is a strong plus
• Experience supporting a founder or small leadership team is highly valued
