Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to join our team on-site in Rogers, AR. This role involves delivering excellent client service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication throughout the client journey. The Coordinator will also manage administrative tasks, support sales efforts, and ensure seamless office operations. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records and assisting with various client account updates.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational skills to manage daily operations efficiently
- Basic understanding of Sales processes to support business growth initiatives
- High level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with office technology and common software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
