Inside Sales Representative

Operating from our warehouse in Tyrone, PA, we prioritize exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative eager to grow with us, develop their sales skills, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic team environment.

Location:
Tyrone, PA (On-site)

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour with performance-based incentives
Weekly, Friday pay

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Availability for overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming phone and email leads. Determine customer product needs and follow up accordingly with customer solutions.
• Sales: Prepare accurate sales orders, product proposals and negotiate with customers to close sales and hit monthly goals through outbound outreach with lead lists and current accounts.
• Account Support: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular call schedule, and upselling of targeted and new product lines as well as data entry for orders and returns for current customer support.
• Departmental Teamwork: Coordinate with sales, shipping and fulfillment and receiving to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development required.
• Education: High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong follow up skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand new products and how to present them to customers quickly and efficiently.
• License/Transport: Reliable transportation to work, remote work possible.
