MAG Industries is seeking a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The goal of this role is to provide excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, support order processing, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Location: Tyrone, PA
- Enter customer orders and credits into the system
- Contact current customers by phone to take orders and address priorities
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build strong relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear and open communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using the correct tools and methods
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer account documentation
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Responsibilities may evolve over time based on business needs
- Computer proficient with strong data entry accuracy
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Customer oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to various personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to multi task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Four years of relevant customer service experience or a bachelor's degree required
