POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting customers, both in person and by telephone, to purchase product from the company. Incumbents will gather order information from the customer and/or make recommendations regarding products/materials to fulfill the customer's needs. Incumbents will also work in the warehouse pulling orders and may deliver the product. This is an entry-level inside sales position.

Keystone Drill Services provides sales, parts, service, and rentals to construction, water well, mining, exploration and oil, gas drilling industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy Parts Counter Sales Associate to support customers and handle daily parts sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with water well drilling equipment parts
- Enter quotes, sales and orders, in NetSuite ERP
- Look up part numbers, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
- Parts counter, inside sales, or industrial sales experience preferred
- Drilling or water well industry knowledge ideal
- Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
