Job Summary

The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions that support organizational goals. This role analyzes project requirements, applies engineering principles, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate engineering solutions, products, systems, or processes.
• Conduct research, analysis, and testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as needed.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end users.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to engineering projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of engineering experience, depending on position level.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, where applicable.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
