Job Summary
The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions that support organizational goals. This role analyzes project requirements, applies engineering principles, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate engineering solutions, products, systems, or processes.
- Conduct research, analysis, and testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as needed.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end users.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to engineering projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of engineering experience, depending on position level.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, where applicable.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
