Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and prompt solutions.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Foster positive guest relations by offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs.
- Handle large groups of people in a positive way that ensures all our guests are taken care of.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Other duties as assigned by management team.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests, is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and on your own in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in guest relations, or hotel experience is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
