Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
  • Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
  • Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and room assignments during night audits or shifts
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
  • Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations and customer service skills

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, including guest services and guest relations
  • Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
