Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading utility-scale solar and storage developer backed by premier global infrastructure funds. The platform operates gigawatts of operating assets with a robust near-term construction pipeline and multi-gigawatt development portfolio spanning major US power markets including PJM, ERCOT, MISO, and WECC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tax equity, construction/term debt, and back leverage transactions for utility-scale solar and BESS projects
- Structure and negotiate financing terms with tax equity investors, project finance banks, and institutional lenders
- Manage due diligence, coordinate third-party consultants, and optimize capital structures
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, tax equity providers, and advisors
- Support execution and manage junior team members
Requirements:
- 10-15 years in project finance or capital markets with renewable energy/infrastructure focus
- Demonstrated tax equity experience (partnership flips, inverted leases, sale-leasebacks)
- Strong project finance documentation, debt structuring, and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to lead complex transactions from term sheet to funding
- Existing lender and tax equity investor relationships preferred
- Team management experience
