Job Details
- Salary: $18 to $22 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865
Responsibilities
- Enter and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately
- Resolve account-related discrepancies and issues with vendors
- Balance statements and finalize financial data
- Process accounts payable invoices and issues reimbursement checks
- Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle
- Post, enter, and reconcile transaction batches
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data integrity
- Maintain filing systems and document organization
- Serve as cashier and provide backup receptionist support during breaks if needed
- Break down and cost vehicle deals
- Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable/receivables
- Manage billing for deals, swaps, and wholesales

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment required

Demonstrated ability to balance large volume accounts

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Adaptable, fast learner able to thrive in a demanding environment

Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills
