What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Weekends) position at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Madison Health and Rehab is hiring a customer service driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Madison, WI. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our community. You will be responsible to directing visitors to their destination, support the office management team with various projects, manage multi-line telephones, and performing a variety of projects as assigned by the Administrator or another member of the Management Team.
This position is a Part-Time Weekend Position every Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
1 year of experience in data entry or office support
Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC/POC) highly desired
Strong communications skills (oral and written)
Outstanding customer service skills
