Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator Wanted
Location: Madison, WI
Type: Part-Time (M-W - 9:30 AM -1:30 PM)

WHO YOU ARE
You’re charming, quick on your feet, and know how to make people feel welcome the moment they walk in (or DM us). You’re organized and creative — the kind of person who can answer the phone with a smile while crafting an Instagram caption that makes everyone want to book a balayage.
Bonus points if you:
- Speak fluent emoji
- Can spot good lighting faster than a stylist spots split ends
- Love brainstorming Instagram ideas and helping a brand shine
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the first and friendliest face of The Loft (in-person & online)
- Manage appointments & client flow like a pro
- Create & post social content — we’ll give you creative freedom
- Keep the salon running smoothly (think inventory checks, light tidying, client smiles)
- Assist the owner with projects — marketing, events, and more
