Madison Settlement Services is looking to hire an experienced full-time Post Closer! The Post Closer is responsible for preparing the title and closing documents for settlement and post-closing settlement packages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist realtors, lenders and clients with questions and/or problems
Review lender closing instructions
Prepare closing packages for settlements
Ordering payoffs for water and sewer bills
Sending out checks for payoffs and recordings
Updating recorded documents into software system
Preparing and sending out title policies
Post-close loan packages
Shipping out packages via UPS or FedEx
Assists with answering phones and helping the processor with processing tasks
Work is performed in an office environment, Monday through Friday.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience: No previous experience is necessary, but is preferred
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
