Madison Settlement Services is looking to hire an experienced full-time Post Closer! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assist realtors, lenders and clients with questions and/or problems
● Review lender closing instructions
● Prepare closing packages for settlements
● Ordering payoffs for water and sewer bills
● Sending out checks for payoffs and recordings
● Updating recorded documents into software system
● Preparing and sending out title policies
● Post-close loan packages
● Shipping out packages via UPS or FedEx
● Assists with answering phones and helping the processor with processing tasks

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience: No previous experience is necessary, but is preferred
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
