We are currently partnering with a leading global investment bank in Midtown NYC that is looking to add an Assistant Vice President, Regulatory Change Management professional to its Regulatory Affairs team.
This position sits within a highly visible function responsible for monitoring and interpreting new and evolving regulatory requirements impacting the firm’s U.S. broker-dealer operations. The role will focus on regulatory horizon scanning, conducting impact assessments, coordinating implementation efforts, and partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Front Office stakeholders to ensure timely adherence to regulatory changes across Fixed Income and Equities businesses.
Regulatory change management experience can be learned in this role, and the team is open to candidates coming from broker-dealer environments who possess strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks.

Overview:
- Lead horizon scanning to monitor regulatory and legislative developments impacting the organization.

Salary : $104,000 - $150,000
