We are hiring multiple Technical Recruiting Managers / Tech Recruiters to support this growth. These roles sit directly within an active, contract-focused desk serving repeat clients with consistent hiring needs. This is not an early-stage build or a speculative market. The Platform
You will work with a client base that includes leading financial services firms, investment organizations, and institutions operating at scale. These clients rely on Madison Davis as a trusted partner for critical technology talent across contract and consulting engagements.
The desk supports multiple active clients simultaneously, with a steady flow of roles and repeat demand. Success here comes from execution, prioritization, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and place technology consultants across contract and consulting engagements
- Manage multiple active searches concurrently with speed and precision
- Run full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through onboarding and start date
- Support ongoing and repeat hiring needs for high-value financial services clients
- Build durable pipelines across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and PMO
- Partner closely with sales and delivery teams to meet urgent and time-sensitive client requirements
- Negotiate rates, extensions, and redeployments
- Maintain accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and placements in Salesforce
Experience Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in contract technology recruiting or a high-output agency environment
- Comfort operating in high-volume, performance-driven settings
- Strong communication skills and professional presence with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing execution quality
- Interest in technology markets and how demand evolves within financial services
