You’ll work across some of the most in-demand areas in technology — Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, PMO — connecting top consultants with fast-moving engagements and long-term opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Identify, source, and recruit high-caliber tech contractors and consultants across multiple verticals
- Manage rapid-cycle contract placements from first call to onboarding
- Partner with business development teams to fill urgent client needs with speed and accuracy
- Maintain deep pipelines for high-demand skill sets like DevOps, Cloud, SOC, Full Stack, Data and PMO
- Negotiate rates, extensions, and renewals with both candidates and clients
- Track placements, activity, and pipeline metrics in Salesforce
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of experience in contract tech recruiting or fast-paced agency recruiting
- Strong communication skills and a competitive, hunter-style mindset
- Interest in or understanding of tech sectors like Data, Cyber, Cloud, and Software
- Ability to manage multiple searches at once without sacrificing speed or quality
- A self-starter mentality and the drive to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
