- oReview AML monitoring and sanctions screening alerts to identify potentially suspicious or unusual activity
- .Analyze customer transactions and account behavior, determining when additional investigation or escalation is warranted
- .Prepare clear, accurate investigative documentation and maintain complete case records
- .Escalate higher-risk, complex, or unresolved cases to senior investigators for further review
- .Assist with investigations that may result in Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) recommendations by gathering and organizing supporting information
- .Review customer due diligence (CDD) and related documentation to support investigative findings
- .Manage requests for additional information, monitor responses, and ensure supporting documentation is complete
- .Perform required regulatory screening activities and escalate potential matches in accordance with established procedures
- .Conduct manual transaction reviews when needed to supplement automated monitoring
- .Identify emerging fraud trends, suspicious activity patterns, and other financial crime indicators
- .Meet established quality and productivity expectations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- .Partner with compliance, operations, and investigative teams to resolve cases and obtain additional information
- .Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance examinations by providing case documentation and investigative support
