A growing financial services platform is looking to add an FP&A Associate to its corporate finance team. This role sits at the center of the organization, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Perform variance analysis across business units, with a focus on expense trends and cost drivers
- Assist in preparing Board and investor reporting materials
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to analyze performance
- Prepare KPI reporting and track performance against targets
- Support consolidation of financials across multiple business lines
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for senior leadership
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Exposure to corporate or centralized FP&A / consolidation is preferred
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or contributing to executive-level reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Financial services, fintech, or technology experience is a plus
