Under the direction of an assigned administrator, plan, organize, control, and direct district and support and improvement programs; lead and participate in activities as part of a statewide system of support and improvement for districts and charters; establish and maintain effective communication with program and policy level personnel in schools, districts, county and state educational agencies and other local and state agencies; train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Master’s Degree in education or related field and four years experience in a school site and/or district office management capacity. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools. Valid Administrative Services Credential Valid California Teaching Credential.
