Job Summary
The Field Service Technician/Porter will support to the Field Services Manager assigned to the client site they are assigned and take work direction from the assigned Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for completing general maintenance and cleaning tasks as contracted by the client. Essential routine tasks may change depending on what has been contracted for by the client.

GENERAL OPERATIONS
- Handle inquiries and task requests from the client
- Vacuum carpeted floors
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean glass walls, partitions, windows and doors
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Spot clean carpets
- Clean debris or accidental messes
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Collect and discard trash in client approved receptacles/dumpsters
- Setup and Breakdown chairs, tables, and light furniture as needed
- Keep utility closets and equipment clean and organized
- Help coordinate schedules of work.
- Communicate site issues or changes
- Communicate supply needs to FSM
- Find/develop resources for teams as needed.
- Clock In and Out every shift and keep employee information in systems accurate and up to date.
