Dry cleaners

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support daily operations at our dry‑cleaning store. This role involves working with professional dry‑cleaning equipment, assisting with laundry production, handling deliveries, and occasionally supporting the front desk.

It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys active work, learns quickly, and takes pride in quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Dry Cleaning & Laundry Operations

• Operate dry‑cleaning machine and related equipment (training provided)
• Sort, tag, and process garments for cleaning
• Perform basic spotting and stain‑pre-treatment
• Load/unload washers and dryers
• Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy.

Delivery & Pickup Support

• Assist with local deliveries and customer pickups
• Load and unload delivery items safely
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely service

Front Desk & Customer Service (Occasional)

• Greet customers and process orders
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Answer basic customer questions about services and turnaround times
• Maintain a clean, organized counter area

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior dry‑cleaning or laundry experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working with machinery (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and garment care
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required for delivery duties
