Description
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow a sales territory by building strong relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, and municipal decision-makers.
- Conduct onsite visits, vehicle walk-arounds, demos, and presentations to showcase product features, configurations, and performance.
- Become a trusted advisor—guiding customers through specs, options, budgets, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on market trends, bid opportunities, and competitor offerings.
- Represent our brand at trade shows, conferences, open houses, and community events.
- Experience in outside sales, ideally with capital equipment, specialty vehicles, EMS/fire equipment, or municipal sales.
- A consultative selling style and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting complex products.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and the drive to own your territory and hit your goals.
- A passion for supporting first responders, public safety, and mission-critical equipment.
- Willingness to travel throughout your region.
