MacQueen is looking for a skilled Body/Paint Technician to repair, rebuild, and restore vehicles and equipment to MacQueen’s high-quality standards. This role focuses primarily on body work and component replacement, with occasional paint prep or refinishing as needed.

- Rebuild and repair body panels, doors, bumpers, and structural components
- Perform dent work, panel straightening, welding, and metal repairs
- Fit and align replacement parts with precision
- Prep surfaces and support minor refinishing when needed
- Work in a clean, well-equipped shop with a team that has your back
- Follow MacQueen and OEM standards to deliver top-notch results

- Solid experience in auto body or collision repair
- Skill in panel replacement, alignment, and structural work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Team-first attitude and a desire to grow
- Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs frequently, or more occasionally.
- Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously.
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
