What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Case Manager position at MACON RESOURCES INC?
Looking for a leadership position that allows YOU to make a real impact? We are looking for a Residential Services Manager that is ready to care for and serve individuals who have disabilities in our 24 hour living arrangement.
This position will have a caseload of 12-16 people and oversee a team of around 15 people.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree in human services or related field. Must meet the requirement of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP).

One year experience with the developmentally disabled and/or DD/MI.

Must be able to maintain payroll, financial, personnel, and information related to persons served as confidential and in accordance with the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act and the Policies and Procedures of Macon Resources, Inc.
