Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Illinois is seeking a caring, organized, and relationship-focused Case Manager to support our mentoring programs in the Springfield area. This position works directly with youth, families, and volunteer mentors to help create and sustain successful mentoring relationships.
Position Details:
- Part-time or Full-time opportunities available
- Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Springfield, Illinois
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience working with youth, families, or in human services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
