Job Duties
- Assess employees for training needs, maintain records of training activities, monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Track and report on employee participation or assessment results
- Create monthly training calendars and arrange for internal or external trainers
- Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms
- May be responsible for maintaining and assisting others on the use of a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree and or 4 to 6 years of experience
- Perform work under minimal supervision
- Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
- Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
- Knowledgeable experience of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Planning skills
